By accessing the Scott’s Workspace website, purchasing our digital products, or commissioning a custom build, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Digital Product Licensing & Usage Rights

When you purchase a spreadsheet, template, or digital asset from Scott's Workspace, you are granted a generous, open internal license.

What you CAN do: Once you buy a product, it is yours to use. You may modify it, customize it, and make as many copies as you want for your own personal use, your internal business operations, your agency, or your clients.

What you CANNOT do: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, repackaging, or commercially redistributing our templates or code as your own standalone product.

3. Refund and Return Policy (All Sales are Final)

Because our products are digital, downloadable assets, there is no way to physically "return" the item once access has been granted. Therefore, all sales are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances. Please review the product descriptions and available documentation carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Custom Builds

For custom spreadsheet builds, work will only commence once the exact scope has been agreed upon and the custom invoice has been paid in full. Custom builds are delivered "as is" based on the agreed-upon scope.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our templates and operational tools are designed to assist with tracking, planning, and management. However, they are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee specific financial results or operational outcomes from using our products.

Scott's Workspace is not liable for any data loss, financial discrepancies, business interruptions, or other damages that may arise from the use, modification, or inability to use our spreadsheets. You are solely responsible for verifying the data and math within your own business operations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do these modules work in Microsoft Excel, or just Google Sheets?

Our modules are architected natively for Google Workspace. They are built specifically for Google Sheets to maximize real-time collaboration, cloud reliability, and API integrations. They do not rely on Excel or VBA dependencies and will not function correctly if exported to an .xlsx format.

Can I unlock the sheets to add my own formulas or modify the architecture?

To protect the mathematical integrity of the relational engines and prevent accidental data corruption, the core structural mechanics of the sheets are locked. You have full control over the inputs and parameters, but the backend architecture is sealed. If your organization requires a bespoke architecture, additional tabs, or specific feature integrations, we offer dedicated custom-build services to fit your exact operational needs.

Do I need advanced technical skills or coding knowledge to run these?

Not at all. We engineered the complex arrays, SUMIFS engines, and diagnostic sentinels entirely on the backend so your daily user experience remains incredibly straightforward. Every module works right out of the box and includes a comprehensive User Guide to get your team onboarded and executing immediately.

What happens if someone on my team accidentally breaks the dashboard?

Your purchase grants you perpetual access to the pristine, Golden Master file. If a team member somehow overwrites a crucial cell or deletes a parameter, you don't need to panic—you can simply download a fresh instance at any time using your original link. If you run into specific operational friction, you can always reach out to us directly via email for troubleshooting.

What are the licensing terms? Can I share this across my internal team?

Yes. Your purchase currently grants you an open internal license. You are free to duplicate, deploy, and utilize the module across your internal departments, agency teams, or client rosters as needed.
